*These membership grades are not available to self-employed applicants. A self-employed applicant must register as a profile candidate, register their practice as per the Requirements for CIAT Registered Practices and remain so until completion of the Chartered Architectural Technologist POP Record and the Professional Practice Interview. Self-employed applicants with no qualifications and with less than ten years’ relevant experience must complete the Architectural Technician POP Record before completing the Chartered Architectural Technologist POP Record.
