You will need a broad secondary education with a focus on science and technology subjects. It is recommended that your higher education options (ie GCSEs [UK] or equivalent) include art, resistant materials, design and technology along with your core subjects.
A/AS levels (UK) or equivalent should be in a subject relevant to Architectural Technology such as science, technology, building services engineering or construction.
You will then need to enrol on an Architectural Technology Honours degree programme or you can choose to study on an Associate degree, Higher Diploma (HND), Higher Certificate (HNC) or Foundation degree in Architectural Technology (or construction equivalent).
Entry onto any of these programmes will be subject to the individual college/university requirements.
