Enewsletters

CIAT enewsletter and web news
CIAT sends an enewsletter to its members and related professionals every week and there are opportunities for inclusion within this enewsletter:

 

  • Advertorial/product news — a one off insertion of up to 200 words plus one image: £300 (plus VAT). All advertorials will also appear in the News or Events section of the website for one month.
     
  • Exclusive banner which includes a hyperlink: £500 (plus VAT)

Bespoke enewsletter
Email mailings to members of the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists can be made by arrangement.  The mailing list can be broken down by membership grade (Chartered [MCIAT], Technician [TCIAT], Associate [ACIAT] and student), membership region, county and postal code. Only those willing to accept direct mail by email are made available. Email addresses are not disclosed and all mailings must be sent by CIAT Central Office.

Cost £1200 (plus VAT) for the full list or £500 (plus VAT) per 1000 records.

The email will be sent out on a CIAT branded email and will include up to 1000 words and two images. Alternatively your own bespoke email template can be sent (depending on format and system used). On receipt of payment and once the email has been approved, your email will be sent within two working days. 

Mailings to members 
Mailings to members of the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists can be made by arrangement.

The mailing list can be broken down by membership grade (Chartered [MCIAT], Technician [TCIAT],  Associate [ACIAT] and student), membership region, county and postal code. Only those willing to accept direct mail are made available.

Names and addresses are not disclosed and all mailings must be sent through our approved mailing house, Lavenham Press Ltd. A draft sample of the mailing material is required for approval (this includes covering letters) by CIAT Central Office.

Cost

£450 (plus VAT) per 1000 records for supplied material, no larger than A4, to be inserted in a CIAT branded envelope (no other envelopes permitted). Postage is extra (subject to weight and size) — price on application.

£550 (plus VAT) per 1000 records for copy to be printed in mono on one A4 sheet of CIAT letter headed paper, on one side only, and inserted in a CIAT branded envelope (no other envelopes permitted). Postage is extra (subject to weight and size) — price on application.

On receipt of payment and once the material has been approved, our mailing house will post your mailing within five working days.
