Colin Jessey Associates is a small architectural practice formed early in 2006 by Colin Jessey and Sharon Davis, a true husband and wife team working together from their office in Worthing, West Sussex.

Colin became a Chartered Member of the Institute in 1990, but has been in the architectural and surveying profession since 1970.

The practice provides a full architectural and surveying service on residential properties, designing small extensions or undertaking major refurbishment projects on a variety of contract values. The practice is happy providing just a planning service, or being involved from conception through contract management to completion on site.

Located in Sussex, Colin is currently working upon the redevelopment of a spacious one and a half storey chalet style bungalow in Essex, and a small development of shops and flats within a conservation area in Hampshire. Colin’s background and strength lies in sympathetic design and the refurbishment of historic and listed buildings; Colin enjoys the planning stage of each contract.
