New balcony Norfolk

New house green technology Norfolk | New house for Manager of Naturist colony Avery South | New balcony Norfolk | Barn conversion Suffolk listed building | New shop front Norwich listed building |

I began my career with a large firm of architects in Norwich, where I qualified as a Chartered Member of CIAT in 1990. In 1992 I set up my own architectural practice undertaking a variety of small, mainly domestic projects.

Currently, I carry out both large and small projects, often from inception through to completion. I specialise in the refurbishment of listed buildings for both domestic and commercial use, and in creating solutions that use sustainable development practices.  I design unique, individual houses for clients undertaking self-build projects, as well as barn conversions, extensions, conservatories and the repair and reuse of old buildings. I offer archaeological services, undertaking recording of buildings due to be demolished or altered and carry out detailed surveys, which analyse building defects.

Recently I also qualified as an architect and established Brennan Architecture Ltd. I am a member of both the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists and the Royal Institute of British Architects.
