After over 20 years in public and private practice working on projects ranging from kitchen extensions to retail superstores, I now work for VELUX windows as Design Manager, heading a team working in partnership with the top 50 national house-builders.

As Architectural Technologists and solution providers, we assist in reviewing and redesigning house-type portfolios to improve the quality of space and incorporate latest lifestyle trends for the aspiring consumer.

I also get involved with issues relating to company product development where Building Regulations or other building standards have an impact.

It is extremely satisfying to be part of a team that has contributed significantly to the development of house design in the UK.
