I have been working for a local authority as a Technical Officer for over seven years. My major duties include working with the project managers to monitor the out-sourced government projects and preparing the relevant documentations. In my experience, both up-to-date technical knowledge and the art of communication among different field of professions are the essential elements for the success. I believe, life-long learning should be one of the best ways to accumulate my competitive power.
