Find an On Construction Domestic Energy Assessor

The issuing of an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) is a statutory requirement  when a building is constructed, sold or rented in the United Kingdom. If you are in the process of constructing your own property and need an Energy Performance Certificate, then a member of the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists, qualified as an On Construction Domestic Energy Assessor will be able to complete this for you.

Different rules and regulations apply to properties in different regions of the United Kingdom and Scotland also has a Design Certification Scheme for Energy Efficiency.
