This seminar will examine the proposal in the amended Building Regulations Part G, which have now been issued for consultation. It will look at what, under these proposals, will need to be done and when, and give delegates the opportunity to give their views on the consultation document. Speakers, who include representatives from WRAS, BRE, HBF, and the Environment Agency, will also cover water aspects of the Code for Sustainable Homes, the options available to the developer and ways of securing maximum points to achieve higher Code levers as well as various technical solutions to the water challenge including water efficient appliances, rainwater harvesting and sustainable drainage (SUDS).
