The Code for Sustainable Homes is the standard for sustainable design and construction of new homes in England and Wales. From 1 May 2008, Government will enforce a mandatory rating against the Code for all new homes.  Developed by CLG (Communities and Local Government) and BRE Global, the Code provides an all-round measure of sustainability.

  • Hear the challenges encountered with the Code and ways to overcome these challenges
  • Learn lessons implementing the Code
  • Discuss and raise any questions of importance to you

Speakers will include BRE, Barratt Developments and Bramall Construction, all currently involved in developing high performance homes under the Code.
