The government has announced the introduction of Home Information Packs (HIPs) to all properties marketed for sale in England and Wales from 14 December 2007, whatever their size.
The Department of Communities and Local Government has issued a press release and Ministerial Statement on the full introduction of HIPs and supporting activity to ensure continued smooth implementation.
