Following on from a successful series of events last year, introducing designers to the revised Part L regulations, the Energy Savings Trust (EST) has partnered with RIBA and CIAT to update housing designers with the knowledge required to design and deliver low-carbon housing.
By attending this EST one day workshop you will receive guidance on how to achieve higher energy efficiency requirements set out for new-builds within the Code for Sustainable Homes. The event will include sizing and choice of renewable technologies, suitable components and design techniques. You will also have the opportunity to model different solutions for new-build housing using SAP software.
