CoRE is funded by the Business Resource Efficiency and Waste (BREW) programme, which recycles Landfill Tax receipts into targeted support to businesses to reduce waste.
The CoRE programme is delivered through Regional Champions and supported by the Regional Development Agencies for London, the South East and East of England – areas with high construction
activity now and in the future. Centralised support and software is provided by BRE.
The benefits of CoRE are available free to construction projects in London, the South East and East of England.
