Glasgow: flagship event on conservation project management

Subject:
The programme of conferences will examine ways in which to deliver successful conservation projects with good project management, through the perspectives of different disciplines, professions and players within a project team, as well as a focus on education and training. The conference programme will be slightly different at each venue.
 
Speakers:
The conferences have brought together an expert and authoritative team of speakers and will benefit anyone involved in conservation and heritage projects or generally  involved with the care of the historic environment. It will also benefit those who may infrequently get involved with the historic environment. The team of speakers will be announced shortly. The team of speakers will change slightly at each venue.
